Buying a home sauna on the internet is a major decision. I was so glad to have chosen Pamela at Best Life Sauna to hold my hand from start to finish, as my experience was far from usual. A major broken part had to be replaced and there was a worrying delay in delivering the heater. Nevertheless, Pamela constantly reassured me all would be sorted out and it was. Thank you Pamela for your diligence and professionalism.
Golden Designs came through in the end and we are now enjoying regular use of the Osla. It has a solid, quality feel and the pieces fit together extremely well, it heats up quicker than expected and provides exactly the relaxing ambiance one is looking for. Overall, the buying experience and the sauna have exceeded my expectations. The only, minor, negative was the poor quality of the photos in the assembly manual, especially the separate sheet for the screws.
