3. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the lower 48 United States, and to most Canadian provinces, excluding: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

  • Flat rate of $50 applies to all orders below $500 USD
  • Free shipping on orders above $500 USD

8. How long will it take to receive my sauna?

  • Order handling: 1-2 days
  • Order transit: 5-7 days

9. Do you offer installation services?

We do not offer installation services directly. However, we provide detailed assembly instructions with each sauna. If you prefer professional installation, we recommend contacting a local contractor or handyman service.
