Shipping & Delivery Policy

Summary

  • Order cutoff: 12:00 pm MST
  • Order handling: 1-2 days
  • Order transit: 5-7 days
  • Shipping costs: Flat rate of $50 USD for orders below $500, free shipping for orders $500 USD and over
  • Shipping destinations: Includes Lower 48 United States and Canadian Provinces excluding: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut

Shipping Process

Once you place your order, you can expect a confirmation email containing the summary of your order. When we send this email, we also immediately start working on dispatch, which takes 1-2 days on average.

After we dispatch your order, it takes 5-7 days on average for it to reach you (depending on your location). You will be able to track your order's whereabouts, you can find more information about order tracking below.

Shipping costs $50 for orders below $500 and is free for orders over $500. Please be aware that we ship only to the contiguous US - so no Alaska, Hawaii or other territories.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change and you need to cancel your order. We accept cancellations for a 100% refund at any point before we dispatch the order. Please contact us at support@bestlifesauna.com with your order number (obviously the sooner the better).

Order Tracking

Once we dispatch your order, we will send you another confirmation email. This message will also contain your unique personal tracking code, which you can use to keep an eye on the order. Make sure you always check your tracking information before you contact us about the whereabouts of your order.

Delayed Orders

It is possible that your order might be delayed, and such delays are often beyond our control - they may caused by weather or a peak shopping season. Your order should arrive in 9 days tops (max 2 for handling and 7 for transit). Please give us additional 3 days before you raise a request with our support at support@bestlifesauna.com.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged in any way, please notify us at support@bestlifesauna.com with:

  • photos of the damage
  • SKU#
  • a brief description of the damage

Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid.
