Returns & Refund Policy

Return Process

All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

We understand that the situation can change and you may want to return the products. We allow returns for 30 days (countdown starts when you've received your order).

To begin the process, please email us at support@bestlifesauna.com or call us at 1-888-502-7076. Give us your order number and tell us which items you wish to return. We will give you all the necessary information and then you may proceed.

Please be aware that items must be unused and in the original packaging. When shipping return items request a tracking number.

Refunds

After your items will be received, we will carry out a thorough inspection: If your items meet the return criteria and we are notified within 30 days we will notify you by email if approved. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be completely processed and charges reversed.

We charge a 25% restocking fee. 

Warranty

Keep in mind that warranty coverage typically excludes damages resulting from normal wear and tear over time. 

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is dedicated to assisting you and resolving any issues you may encounter. We have designed our policies to be as fair as possible, and we believe they are among the best in the industry. We are here to support you and will respond promptly to provide the best resolution.

However, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product you did receive, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please refrain from filing chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change and you need to cancel your order. We accept cancellations for a 100% refund at any point before we dispatch the order. Please contact us at support@bestlifesauna.com with your order number (obviously the sooner the better).

Damaged Orders

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged in any way, please notify us at support@bestlifesauna.com with:

  • photos of the damage
  • SKU #
  • a brief description of the damage

Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid.
