Golden Designs came through in the end and we are now enjoying regular use of the Osla. It has a solid, quality feel and the pieces fit together extremely well, it heats up quicker than expected and provides exactly the relaxing ambiance one is looking for. Overall, the buying experience and the sauna have exceeded my expectations. The only, minor, negative was the poor quality of the photos in the assembly manual, especially the separate sheet for the screws.

This sauna is absolutely perfect! The craftsmanship put into the build is excellent. So easy to assemble with 2-3 adults. I can't say enough about the quality of the product and the whole sales and shipping experience. Just perfect.
